2.1. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Times
3.1. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. But please keep in mind we are a very small business so getting your order ready to be shipped may take a little longer. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any external factors beyond our control.
4. Tracking Information
4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
5. Customs and Duties
5.1. For international orders, please be aware that your country's customs regulations may impose duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Return and Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
1.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2. Please note that it is of course not the most sustainable to return item(s) and we really encourage you to think about this.
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@femiblevintage.com to inform us of your return request. You will then be provided with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
3. Condition of Returned Items
3.1. Returned items must be in their original vintage or secondhand condition, unworn and with the original packaging returned. The package that the item(s) came in will have an extra adhesive strip to return the package or reuse the package for a different purpose. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
4.1. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will only include the costs of the item and not the shipping or return costs.
4.2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different item, please contact info@femiblevintage.com for the options. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1. For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as intimate apparel and earrings, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact info@femiblevintage.com immediately. We will provide guidance on the return process and offer a replacement or refund.
